From a young age, Steve‘s passion for horses was evident, and he has been on a steadfast path ever since to continually expand on both his knowledge and skill. In 2007, Steve started liberty training, whilst working with one of Australia’s best film and stunt horseman, leaning into and developing his own style over the years. Steve’s ability to successfully train horses to work softly, and obediently, regardless of the handler or riders experience, is vital in the film and stunt industry. The foundations of liberty training has seen his equine stars seamlessly, transition to film, television, and professional photography shoots.

Steve has presented his skills in liberty training to amazed live audiences around the country at shows and demonstrations and is regularly invited as a special guest at major events.
